Customizing End Effectors (New for v4)
For Free Bone characters, the end effectors can be freely set on desired bones.

Bones that do not
permit End Effectors
Although you can freely assign unlimited end effectors to desired bones for any free bone character, there are still some limitations, hence some bones are not allowed to be assigned with end effectors.
- Root bone:
- Branch bone:
- First sub-bone under branch bone:
- Mid-bone in a bone chain consisting of 3 or fewer bones.
Adding End Effectors
- Create a free bone character.
- Enter the composer mode by clicking the Composer button.
- Press down the Edit End Effector button on the tool bar.
- The cursor will turn to the one in the following illustration.
The to-left circle is the focus of it.
- Click on the desired bones to assign an end effectors onto them; the end effectors are colored in magenta under this mode (Click again to remove the end effector).
- Press up the Edit End Effector button. The end effector added turns yellow.
- Optionally create the Image View in the composer mode for the 2D Motion Editor back to the stage.
- Go back to the Stage mode and use the 2D Motion Editor to create stop frame animation.
