Exporting Props

Common Settings

Select from the Target Version drop-down list to determine the root folder of the custom folder where you want to export the model.
You may also manually change the destination folders (described below) for storing the model or motions of the model.

Geometry Settings

In the Geometry File Name field, type in the file name.
Refer to the Export Options section for more information about how to set these options.
Refer to the Texture Settings section for more information about how to set these options.
Destination Folder:
- Select the Default radio button to convert the model into the default custom folder:
  - Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Reallusion\Custom\iClone 6 Custom\Props
  - Windows 7 or Above - C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Custom\iClone 6 Custom\Prop\
- Choose the Other radio button and click the button to set the Custom Folder path to the iClone Content Folder, by default, in:
  - Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Reallusion\Custom\iClone 6 Custom\Props
  - Windows 7 or Above - C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Custom\iClone 6 Custom\Prop\
- Choose the Other radio button and click the Browse... button to convert the model into your desired folder. You may then create new folders in it to build your own custom props library.

Animation Settings

If animations of the prop are already added into the Perform Editor and you want to pack them into the prop (*.iProp), then activate the Export Animation box in the Animation Settings section.
You may apply the animations in the Perform list of the prop in iClone.

Right-click on the prop to find its animations in the Perform list.

* Please note that if you deactivate the Export Geometry box in the Geometry Setting section, then this box will be deactivated as well, because the animations of a prop can not be included into a prop without any meshes.

Please note that the Animation radio button is enabled only when the prop contains animations in the Perform Editor and when the Export Geometry box is activated.
