Theory of Micro Normal
The normal and grayscale textures in the Bump channel is used to render the bumpiness of a surface.

When having the close-up shot for the object, the Normal effect is insufficient to describe the bumpiness and fine lines on the surface.
Note:
For the optimized appearance, only the Head material has additional Normal Blend texture to increase more details for certain area on the face.
By overlapping the tiled Micro Normal texture to the original Normal texture, the object can have intricate details.
