Settings in Appearance Editor - Body Hair
Body Hair for Head, Body and Arm Materials
Contains the mask for the layer to take effect. The textures can be edited if you have purchased and installed the SkinGen Plugin.

There are identical subsections (Pore and Hair) and settings from Body Hair 1 to Body Hair 3 sections.
There are two more sub-sections in the Pore sub-section.
- Texture Settings: This section contains the Pore Range texture channel which defines the region for having the pore effect. The textures can be edited if you have purchased and installed SkinGen Plugin.
- Material: There are numerous settings for the material of the pores.Color and Opacity
The Color and Opacity can be used to define the appearance of the pores on the face.

PoreThe settings in this group are used to define the looks of the pores.
- Tile: This setting determines the size of the pores by different tiling times.

- Position Disorder:

- Scale Variation: This setting can randomly set different sizes for each pores.

- Expansion Contrast: This settings determines the sharpness for the edges of each pore.

RangeThe settings in the Range group are used to define the mask forming the pores.
- Blur: This setting smooths or sharpens the edges of the mask.

- Expansion: This setting scales up or down the region for adding pores.

NormalThese two settings raise up or indent the pores; and also the strength for doing so.

A hair is composed of the primary and secondary colors, illustrated below:Primary ColorThere settings define the color, size and the opacity of each hair.

NormalYou can use the normal settings to adjust the thickness of each hair.
- Invert Normal: It is not recommended to activate this checkbox because the hair is always above instead of embedded into the skin.
- Strength and Expansion: Use this setting to adjust the thickness of the hair.

RoughnessThere are two setting to determine the roughness of each hair, Roughness and Roughness Contrast.

MetallicUse this slider to set the reflectivity of the hair.

Micro NormalThe micro normal settings, Strength, Blur and Expansion can be used to determine the effect of the micro normal (mask) covered on the hair.

- Expansion: This setting can be used to shrink or expand the micro normal mask.

- Blur: This setting blurs the edges of the micro normal mask.

- Transform: This settings is used to scale up or down the entire hair mask.

This section contains subsections with settings for shave off the pore or hair effects created from the Body Hair 1 to Body Hair 3.
Shaving Pattern: This channel can be used to load mask for shaving the hair. The textures can be edited if you have purchased and installed SkinGen Plugin.

- Pore Range: The Shaving Pattern mentioned in the previous section is used to shave the hair. However, the Pore Range setting can also shave the pore with a mask.
Body Hair 1 = Activated

Pore Range = Pore 2 Off or Pore 3 Off
Pore Range = Pore 1 Off or Pore All Off
- Replace: If the Replace settings are activated, then this drop down list can be used to mask out the result with the Shaving Pattern texture.

This section contains subsections with settings for replacing the original skin color.
Replace Type and Replace Range: Choose the Custom item from the Replace Type drop-down list and load a custom texture into the Replace Range channel to determine the region on the original skin to be replaced. The textures can be edited if you have purchased and installed SkinGen Plugin.

The settings in this section are used to define the skin material for replacing the original one in the masked region. However, you must choose Default in the previous section to activate the settings in this section.
- Color: Set the Brightness, Hue, Saturation and Opacity for the replacing color.

The settings in the Noise section can be used to add noise to the region masked by the Replace Range texture.
This section contains a setting for scaling up or down the size of the noises. As for the material of the noises, refer to the next section for more information.
