What's New in AccuFACE 2

AccuFACE 2 builds upon the AccuFACE workflow with a new AI tracking engine, expanded hardware support, and enhanced recording capabilities.

• Hardware Compatibility
  AccuFACE 2 expands hardware compatibility for facial motion capture. It officially supports both NVIDIA GeForce RTX and AMD Radeon graphics cards. Standard RGB cameras are supported without requiring depth information for facial tracking.
  The application also automatically detects compatible graphics hardware during installation, simplifying the setup process.
• Enhanced AI Tracking Engine
  AccuFACE 2 introduces a new AI model trained with CC5 HD Expressions, delivering more accurate and consistent facial animation.
  • Automatic Gamma Adjustment
    Automatically analyzes and adjusts lighting conditions to improve tracking accuracy under uneven, low-light, or high-contrast lighting, providing more reliable facial tracking across a wider range of skin tones.
    
  • Adaptive Distance Tracking
    Maintains accurate facial tracking across a wider range of performer distances, allowing natural movement toward and away from the camera while preserving stable facial capture.
    
  • Automated Tracking Optimization
    With the improved AI tracking model, manual adjustments such as Calibration, Limit Angle, and Reduce Interference are no longer required. These adjustments are handled automatically when loading or capturing facial performance data.
• Enhanced Recording Workflow
  • In CAMERA Mode, users can preview facial motion capture results in real time while performing. The newly added Take Video function allows users to record video and audio directly from AccuFACE 2 while capturing the facial motion capture result through MotionLIVE.
    
  • In VIDEO Mode, imported videos are automatically preprocessed to optimize tracking performance. This is especially beneficial for high-resolution and high-frame-rate videos, reducing processing delays and maintaining stable tracking during capture.
