Content Update List
Update from Pack View
Whenever any item in a pack are updated on the server, you will be automatically informed by a new Update indicator in the tree pane of the Pack View.
This node in the tree view will then disappear after there is no items for being updated.
Update by Double-Click on Content
- Double-click on the content you want to update.
- You will be prompted with a message:
- Don't show next time: Activate this box if you do not want to see this message next time you want to update any contents. You can deactivate this box by the menu of the Smart Gallery in order to show this dialog box each time you want to update contents.
- Update: Click this button to start updating the contents.
- Ignore: Open the pack and view the items packed in it.
- Don't show next time: Activate this box if you do not want to see this message next time you want to update any contents. You can deactivate this box by the menu of the Smart Gallery in order to show this dialog box each time you want to update contents.
Update by Right-Click Menu
- Right-click on the content or contents you want updated and choose the Update command.
- You will be prompted with the following message:
- Don't show next time: Activate this box is you do not want to see this message next time you want to update any contents. You can deactivate this box by the menu of the Smart Gallery in order to show this dialog box each time you want to update contents.
- Update: Click this button to start updating the contents.
- Ignore: Abort update procedure.
- Don't show next time: Activate this box is you do not want to see this message next time you want to update any contents. You can deactivate this box by the menu of the Smart Gallery in order to show this dialog box each time you want to update contents.
Update from Menu
You can also view the updated item by activating the Update command in the Smart Gallery Menu.
Note that the system shows as the following illustration if no items are needed to be updated.
