Subsurface Scatter

The Subsurface Scatter section can be used to adjust the light transmission effect through the tongue.

Basic Settings

  • SSS Falloff: This color determines the final color shown on the shadow area after the light pass through the tongue.

    SSS Falloff = White

    SSS Falloff = Magenta

  • SSS Radius: This value determines the volume of the light passing through the tongue.

    SSS Radius = 1.000

    SSS Radius = 2.000

Advanced Settings

  • Scatter: This setting sets the tongue's translucency and moisture. The higher the value, the stronger the SSS effect.

    Scatter = 1.000

    Scatter = 0.100
