When you choose the Formation radio button, you can create an array of
enlisted actors. The settings under Options
will also change accordingly.

- X Amount / Y Amount: The total number for
arrayed actors. The maximum numbers for X and Y are 100.
Notice that the gray markers are out of bounds, therefore,
they will not be occupied.
| |
XY Amount = (10, 10) | XY Amount = (10, 10) The range prop is scaled down. |
| |
XY Amount = (10, 10) | XY Amount = (5, 16) The grey
markers remain empty. |
- XY Distance (cm): The space between the distributed props in centimeters.
| |
XY Amount = (5, 7) XY Distance = (50, 100) | XY Amount = (5, 7) XY Distance = (100, 100) |
Click the
Deploy Actors button to preview the
distribution.
| |
XY Amount = (5, 7) XY Distance = (50, 100) | XY Amount = (5, 7) XY Distance = (100, 100) |
You can activate the Use X Distance as Y
checkbox to synchronize the XY values.
- X, Y Offset (%): The X and Y offset values translate the entire array on the X-Y plane.
| |
X, Y Offset = (0, 0) | X, Y Offset = (0.65, -0.65) |
Click the Deploy Props button to preview the distribution result.
X, Y Offset = (0, 0) | X, Y Offset = (0.65, -0.65) |
- Density: The percentage of token that will be actually produced in the array.
| |
Density = 0.10 | Density = 1.00 |
Click the Deploy Actors button to preview the scattering result.
Density = 0.10 | Density = 1.00 |
- Stagger: Every other rows shift left and right. The number range is from -1.00 to +1.00
| |
Stagger = 0.00 | Stagger = + 0.50 |
Click the Deploy Actors button to preview the scattering result.
Stagger = 0.00 | Stagger = + 0.50 |
- Orientation: The direction for the entire array.
| |
Orientation = 0 (degrees) | Orientation = 45 (degrees) |
Click the Deploy Actors button to preview the scattering result.
Orientation = 0 (degrees) | Orientation = 45 (degrees) |
- Random Orientation: The individual direction for each token.
| |
Random Orientation = 0.00 | Random Orientation = 100.00 |
The direction will individually affect the angle for each placed actors.
Random Orientation = 0.00 | Random Orientation = 100.00 |
