Creating Custom Default Pose

The Default Pose for CC Characters are set, by default, to a T pose. However, if you want their default pose to be different then you can designate a custom default pose to the CC Characters. Nevertheless, you can change the default poses for the G5 and G6 characters as well.

Creating Custom Default Pose

1. Select a character (in this case, a CC Character from iClone Character Creator with T pose only).
   
2. Click the Animation >> Edit Motion Layer command from the main menu bar.
   
3. Adjust the pose of the character with the controls in the panel.
   
4. Click the Set as Default button in the panel.
   
5. Exit the panel.
6. Add this character to the Custom library.
   
7. Each time you apply this new character, the default pose will be the one you designed in the previous steps.
