Using Embedded Reach Effectors 
In iClone version 7.0 or earlier version, to have a body part to reach to and be controlled by a dummy takes complicated steps. However, after version 7.1, the steps are simplified into one single button. All you need to do is to select one or more body parts and then click the Reach Effector button and then you can modify the characters motion with the effectors.
