Generating Custom IBL by Replacing Source Image

By default, a new scene will be applied with IBL and Sky with a same source image. The Ambient Light is set to black as well.

1. Turn off all the lights and hide the sky so the IBL is the only light source.
   
2. In the Visual Settings panel (Shortcut: F7), switch to the Atmosphere tab and scroll to the Image Based Lighting section.
   
3. Replace the original IBL image by double-clicking on the original image and load a designed one to generate a new IBL. In the illustration, the gradient orange color starts from the top of the image, which implies the direction of the light.
   
   Note:

   The compatible image formats are *.hdr and *.exr.

4. Replace IBL with different images and observe the results.
   
   Note:

   You are able to set the texture and transformation of the sky dome to be the same as the one for IBL to make a consistent environment. Please refer to the IBL and Sky section for more information.
