Fixing Poke-through

Method 1

Use the Transfer Skin Weight feature to re-assign the skin weight to fix the issues.

Re-order the layer of the clothes with the Cloth Layer Settings panel; you can launch the panel from the Modify menu.

Click the Run Collision button on the panel to remove the poke-throughs.
