User Interface Introduction for Refine Face

Step 1 - LOAD IMAGE

Step Navigation Tabs

Three numbered tabs at the top indicate the current refinement stage:

  • Load Image: Import a side head source image.
  • Align: Set facial control points anchors.
  • Adjust: Adjust the scale and transform of the side head mesh.

The active tab is highlighted, and users can switch stages as the workflow progresses.

Image Preview

Display the loaded front face photo. There are three methods to load photos:

  • Double-click.
  • Drag and drop an image.
  • Click the Load Image button.

Load Image

Open the file browser for selecting a source image.

AI Image Generator

Click to open the AI Image Generator panel.

Step 2 - ALIGN

Switches to select mode for picking control points.

Camera Manipulation
Tools
  • Zoom(Z): Used to zoom in and out of the scene.
  • Pan(X): Pans the camera.
  • Focus(F): Press to zoom on the selected control points.
  • Reset View: Reset the camera to default point.

Control Point Size

Changes the size on the control points.

Control Point Opacity

Changes the visibility of the control points.

Work Area
  • An indication tip to show where you should put the control points (crosshairs). To understand better for Control Point placements, please refer to the page Front Face Control Point Placement Guide.
  • Drag and position the control points (crosshairs) to the eye corner and lip corner.

Mesh Opacity

Change the visibility of the dummy head mesh.

Work Area
  • An indication tip to show how to transform the dummy head mesh to align to the side face image.
  • You can observe the transformation of the head mesh and the side face image.

Adjustment Sliders
  • Move X: Adjust the slider to transform the head mesh along the Y-Axis.
  • Move Y: Adjust the slider to transform the head mesh up and down along the Y-Axis.
  • Scale: Adjust the slider to change the scale of the head mesh.
  • Rotate: Adjust the slider to change the rotation of the head mesh with the corner of the eye as the rotation anchor.

FINISH

Click after adjustment to finalize the Mesh Placement and enter the next stage.
