Camera

This mode utilizes camera hardware to capture real-time facial performances.

This mode employs videos to capture pre-recorded facial performances.

  • Camera mode: Choose the camera for capturing the facial performances.
  • Video mode: Import a video to use as the source for capturing facial performances.

Tracking Mode

  • Static Cam: Utilize a static camera for facial mocap.
  • Head Cam: Employ a head-mounted camera for facial mocap.

Orientation

Imported videos may not have the correct orientation, utilize the options within the Orientation section to adjust your video as needed.

  • 90° rotation: Rotate the input source by 90 degrees.
  • -90° rotation: Rotate the input source by -90 degrees.
  • Flip horizontal: Horizontally flip the input source.

Resolution

(For Camera mode only) Choose the resolution at which you want your camera to capture. The number of available resolution options depends on your camera's capabilities.

Tracking FPS

(For Camera mode only) Choose the frame per second (FPS) you want your camera to capture. The range of available FPS options depends on your camera's capabilities.

Limit Tracking Angle

When enabled, limits the facial mocap from tracking any head rotation beyond the designated angle of 30° to 45°.

Reduce Tracking Interference

When enabled, smooths out the juddering in your facial performance tracking.

Calibrate Facial Capture

Opens the window of Calibrate Facial Capture.
