How to set behaviors with Behavior Manager

Modes, speed items, and perform-motion in the Behavior Manager can be manually activated or deactivated to adjust the resources occupied by the character.

  1. Apply a character in the project.

  2. Make sure iMD data has been applied to the character.
  3. Launch Behavior Manager.

Activate / Deactivate Modes and Speeds

  1. As you can see, the Mode and Speed tree-view contain activated and deactivated nodes.
  2. To activate or deactivate the nodes, click the Edit Behavior button.

    You will see the checkboxes of the nodes.
  3. Activate or deactivate the mode or speed nodes in accordance with your needs (in this case, everything is activated).
  4. Click the Apply button to accept the adjustments.

    The nodes become activated accordingly.
  5. You can proceed to set the Hotkeys that trigger these Modes.

Enable / Disable Perform Motions

  1. Select either Speed node in the Motion and Speed tree view. You can see the embedded perform motions that may be enabled or disabled.
  2. To adjust the status of the perform motions, click the Edit Behavior button.

    You will see the checkboxes of the perform-motions.
  3. Activate or deactivate the motions in accordance with your needs (in this case, all are enabled).
  4. Click the Apply button to accept the adjustments.
  5. You can proceed to set the Hotkeys that trigger these Perform Motions.
