Basic Workflow for Motion LIVE

iClone offers the most affordable and intuitive motion capturing solution in the industry. Now you can use any motion-capturing devices, including for facial expressions, body motions and hand gestures, to speed up your animations and create realistic-looking character motions and expressions quickly. Control multiple characters with your own facial features, body movements and hand gestures in real-time.

  1. Capturing Devices: Captures and passes human expressions, motions and hand gestures data to the plug-ins (B) provided by the devices.
  2. Plug-ins (standalone): Receives motions data from the source (A) and passes the data to the Motion LIVE plug-in (C) in iClone.
  3. Motion LIVE plug-in in iClone: Receives motions data from the Plug-ins (B) and applies it to a virtual character in iClone.
  4. The vivid human animations performed by the virtual characters in iClone.
