Offsetting Objects on Motion Path
When an object is following a Motion Path, you can utilize the offset feature to adjust the entire route, and you can also key rotation and scale, in addition to employing the dummy method.
There are three types of offsetting: Move,
Rotate, and Scale. The Move
offset allows you to shift the entire path, creating a variant route and
allowing you to position objects along the same path. Meanwhile, the
Rotate and Scale settings are keyable,
allowing you to adjust an object's rotation and size as it moves along
the path.
