AI Actor Manager

The AI Actor Manager provides access to 200+ AI Actor assets for creating characters with consistent appearances. The panel is available in the following image generation tools:

Click Add Actor in an AI Tool to open the AI Actor Manager pop-up window.

The panel consists of two tabs — Template and Custom. Click a tab to switch between them.

TemplateCustom

Views free or subscribed resources, search for content, and apply assets.

Manages local content here. User-created assets are organized into categories in the designated Custom Folder.

A. Category

Template Custom

Displays AI Actor content packs within the AI Actor category.

Stores user-created AI Actor results in folders named using the yyyymmdd_hhmmss format.

B. Search Field

Types a keyword to search for content. Clicks X to clear the search.

  • Recent Searches: Views up to 10 recently used keywords by placing the cursor in the search field.

    Clicks a keyword to search again, or X to delete it.
  • Partial Word Search: Items starting with the entered keyword are returned, with exact matches ranked higher. For example, typing “ca” may return AI Actors such as Caren, Carrie, and Camila.
  • Multiple Keyword Search: Separate keywords with commas to perform a union search. For example, “female, kid” returns AI Actors that include either females or kids.

C. Sorting

Items are ordered according to the selected sorting option (e.g., Sort by Category: A to Z).

D. Content Thumbnail

Displays AI Actors from the selected library folder or search results for preview and selection.

Items available for download are marked with a cloud icon in the top-right corner. Double-click the thumbnail or right-click and choose Install Content to begin installation.

Installing.

Installed items can be selected by clicking Select at the bottom or by right-clicking and choosing Apply to use the actors in an AI Tool. Up to 4 actors can be added per image.

E. Refresh

Template Custom

Clicks the Refresh button in the Template tab to sync subscribed online content with the local database.

With Auto-sync disabled, click Refresh Custom under the Custom tab to sync custom content with Windows File Explorer.

F. Filter

Clicks the Filter button to display template content based on installation status and to control the search scope using available search options.

  • Display Options: All available content is shown by default. You can choose to show or hide content based on installation status.

    All

    Displays all content regardless of installation status.

    Installed

    Shows installed content, including across different drives.

    Not Installed

    Shows free or subscribed content that has not yet been downloaded and installed (indicated by a Cloud icon in the top-right corner).

    Updates

    Displays items with available server updates (indicated by an Update con in the top-right corner). You can update content installed on your local machine.

  • Search Options: All the search options are enabled by default. You can uncheck options to narrow down the search scope.

    File Name

    Finds and displays the assets whose item or pack names match the keyword.

    Author

    Finds and displays the assets whose author names match the keyword.

    Tag & Collection

    Finds and displays the content with tag or collection names completely matching the keyword.

    Folder Name

    Finds and displays the content whose parent folder name matching the keyword.

G. Page Number Field

Shows the total content count and the current page.

H. Select

Clicks to insert the selected AI Actors into the AI Tool slot.
