Quad Remesher (New for v5.2)
Quad Remesher converts a polygon mesh into a mesh composed primarily of quadrilaterals (quads). It analyzes the original mesh and generates a new topology that follows the model's overall shape and surface details.
This is useful for optimizing dense meshes and creating cleaner quad-based topology for further editing and refinement.
The Quad Remesher panel provides several settings to control the output mesh, including the target quad count, quad distribution, hard-edge detection, and texture baking.
